Use one point as a "black hole"

Ohara-sensei elaborated on the idea of using one point as a "black hole" to dispose of unnecessary thoughts and feelings.

One day, he said, I was talking to a group about putting negative thoughts and feelings into one point, using it as a "black hole" that sucks up anything and never lets it out again. Someone asked me if that meant there was a "white hole" to balance things out. Like when you suppress your emotions and they end up exploding back some time later.

Ohara-sensei described his father coming into his room at night when he was a child, taking the day's frustrations out on him, so angry if he had not finished his homework.

There is no "white hole". When you put something into one point, you simply trust that the universe has completely taken care of it for you. 天地が綺麗にしてくれました。 "The universe has cleaned it up for you".
